How to Boost Happy Hormones in Your Body

When someone purposely says negative things about you to hurt you, don’t get disturbed or offended. Their karma will come back to them in unexpected ways. Be grateful for this moment because it gives you a chance to clear your negative emotions. Forgive them and forgive yourself.
Decision
Where you are in your life right now is a result of your decisions. Every single decision you’ve made has created your past, shaped your present, and will influence your future. How do you know if you’re making the right decision? If you are happy in the moment, your decision-making power is better. However, if you are unhappy, sad, anxious, or stressed, you are likely to make poor decisions. So, strive to stay in a happy moment as much as possible. Even if something goes wrong, you will understand that it’s a necessary part of this moment.
Smile- a powerful tool
Smile—it’s an amazing facial exercise. Do you smile as soon as you wake up? If not, start your day with a big smile on your face. This smile is for the blessing of waking up today. Then, look at yourself in the mirror and say, “I am enough. I am a magnet for happiness, and today I am ready for miracles!” Believe me, you’ll see the difference in your day. It will be a totally different start from your usual routine. Try this morning ritual and observe how your days transform.
Habits and thought pattern
If you are unhappy with your current circumstances and want to change your reality, try breaking the habits that have shaped your present situation. Follow these steps to identify your habits and thinking patterns: check your mood every two hours for a week. Identify the habits and thoughts you currently have. Frequency of your thoughts
To measure the vibration and frequency of your thoughts, use your feelings as a checkpoint. Your emotional state reflects your frequency: happiness indicates a higher vibration, while sadness, anger, frustration, and stress indicate a lower one. Water
